Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent)

Salary: £24,500+ OTE

Location: Tunbridge Wells

Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30-17.30pm and Sat 8.30-16.30 (with a weekday in lieu)

Must have full Uk driving licence and own transport to apply

My client is looking for a confident, friendly and personable individual to join their branch in Tunbridge Wells that has a good knowledge of the area, thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working in a team that strives to deliver outstanding service to their clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with incoming emails and phone calls.
  • Booking and conducting property viewings.
  • Registering new clients and updating their details on the CRM system.
  • Following up on viewings.
  • Generating new mortgage appointments.
  • Diary management and general administration.
  • Liasing with vendors and purchasers.

  • Full UK driving licence and own transport.
