AOG and Air Freight Operator - Nights (4 on / 4 off)
Location: London Heathrow
Salary: 35,000 - 42,000 (DOE)
Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off (19:00pm - 07:00am)

My client is looking for an experienced Air Freight and AOG specialist to join team based in Heathrow. The right candidate will have direct experience dealing with Air Freight and Import/Export operations, and have experience dealing directly with airlines for AOG operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling all aspects of operations with exceptional customer service at the forefront.
- Monitoring and promptly responding to emails, ensuring timely action.
- Coordinating collection and delivery with vendors, ensuring smooth logistics.
- Utilising our internal system to generate shipping documentation.
- Preparing export processes using Sequoia/CDS entries, adhering to UK HMRC regulations.
- Exploring alternative solutions that align with customer requirements.
- Offering operational support to the Aerospace Team, contributing to their success.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an AOG environment desirable.
- Air Freight operations experience.
- Experience working for a UK based freight forwarding company.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal and written communication.
