Contract Support - Hounslow- 31,000 Per Annum

Hours of Work:Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
Basic Salary:31,000 Per Annum
A World Leading Service Provider who operate on an International scale is seeking an experienced Contract Supportbased in the Hounslowarea on a full timebasisworking at a large corporate office site.This role is withthe hours of Mon-Fri 8am-5pmso the successful candidate will have to be available immediately and must have experience in working within the FM side dealing with invoices and raising POs.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Co-ordination of the billing application, calculating margins, raising invoices and submitting to client
- Chasing of debt to keep within contractual terms
- Liaising with the client regarding payment of invoices
- Creation and review of management reports such as P&L, WiP, Unbilled Revenue, Debt, OPO's & Invoice Pool
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Reviewing open Purchase Orders
- Policy and procedure compliance
- Processing supplier invoices and resolving any queries
- Weekly report submission to include WiP, Unbilled Revenue, Debt, Invoice Pool and OPO updates
- Ensure QHSE documentation is maintained and readily available using company systems
- Manage system as a key user on site including PPM records, reactives and reporting
Key Requirements:
- Understanding of the FM / Building Services industry.
- Experience in a similar Contract Support role with a busy Facilities Management business (2 years min).
- Customer facing/interaction experience - Regular client interaction.
- CAFM system experience (Concept) - essential.
- Plan and manage own workload.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Microsoft Office365 experience (Word, Excel, Outlook etc).
