- The client, a school near Guildford, Surrey, is seeking a Head Chef for their busy catering team.
- The role involves preparing food for various services and requires proven craft skills and a passion for fresh ingredients.
- Candidates should ideally have NVQ level 3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent and experience handling high volumes of food.
- The position offers a competitive salary and benefits, including a permanent contract, training opportunities, and a pension scheme.
- The working hours are 40 per week with a shift pattern of 5 over 7, including one weekend in three.
The position will be responsible for preparing food for break, lunch services and any additional hospitality requirements. Reporting to the Executive Chef.
They are dedicated to providing quality, fresh and seasonal food supported by a network of suppliers who provide responsibly-sourced ingredients - so chefs can create exciting innovative menus.
The ideal candidate will have
-proven craft skills and a real passion for fresh food
-Ideally qualified to NVQ level 3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent.

Hours:
52 Weeks
40 Hours per week, 5 Over 7 shift pattern [1 weekend in 3]
Hours: 07:00hrs - 15:00hrs or 11:00hrs - 19:00hrs
