The position will be responsible for preparing food for break, lunch services and any additional hospitality requirements. Reporting to the Executive Chef.
They are dedicated to providing quality, fresh and seasonal food supported by a network of suppliers who provide responsibly-sourced ingredients - so chefs can create exciting innovative menus.
The ideal candidate will have
-proven craft skills and a real passion for fresh food
-Ideally qualified to NVQ level 3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent.
- experience working with high numbers.
Hours:
52 Weeks
40 Hours per week, 5 Over 7 shift pattern [1 weekend in 3]
Hours: 07:00hrs - 15:00hrs or 11:00hrs - 19:00hrs
