Our client is looking for an Administrator in central Cranleigh to become part of a collaborative and welcoming team in a lively office setting. This position is within the luxury industry and seeks a candidate skilled in handling high-profile clients. The ideal Administrator will demonstrate excellent analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel), and strong typing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the Office Manager
  • Handling phone calls and responding to inquiries
  • Scheduling appointments and managing diaries
  • Assisting Regional Partners with client correspondence
  • Taking a proactive role in supporting Regional Partners
  • Supporting marketing activities, including mail merges, reports and mail distributions
  • Actively promoting the company on social media platforms
  • Communicating with clients and addressing any urgent queries

Experience and Skills Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Team Administrator or Personal Assistant
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, close-knit team environment
  • Committed to delivering exceptional customer service

  • Articulate with excellent attention to detail
