The role involves building relationships with small businesses, cold calling decision-makers, and maintaining knowledge of the company's products. The ideal candidate should have a passion for beer, excellent customer service skills, and strong organizational abilities, with a preference for independent work. A competitive salary is offered, dependent on experience, along with a bonus structure and flexible working hours. Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience in sales or customer service.

Company Overview

Our client, a fast growing Brewery based in Surrey/ Sussex is looking to grow their sales team in line with the growth of the company. Having been established for over 10 years now, our client can now produce 100,000 litres of beer a month in their new 4000 square foot, purpose-built state of the art brewery. Their Award-winning products are found in local pubs, hotels, restaurants and retailers across Surrey, East and West Sussex, Berkshire, Hampshire and London.

Roles + Responsibilities:

  • Aim to grow business by visiting small businesses and building relationships via phone calls. (On trade such as independent pubs)
  • Cold calling business' to speak with decision makers in order to sell beer
  • Look to grow business in the West/ South West/ South East regions.
  • Revisit dormant accounts.
  • Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of products.
  • Provide excellent customer service to new and existing customers.
  • Cross sell and upsell the companies different products and brands.

The ideal candidate:

  • A passion for beer!
  • Willingness to develop a deep knowledge base into brewing process, beer types and styles.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience working on the phone

Package

  • Competitive salary, dependent on experience and the individual.
  • Bonus structure.
  • Remote working- work Ipad provided.
  • Flexible working hours but main trade will be Monday - Wednesday 9-5
  • Overtime available on standard rate
