Trainee Property Manager - Dorking - Up to £25,000 depending on experience

You will be working for this small, well established, successful property management business in the Surrey Hills. They have a friendly, professional team and are looking for a junior to join them in the role of a Trainee Property Manager.

Trainee Property Manager - What will I be doing?

You will be assisting with all areas of property management:

  • Speaking to clients on the phone
  • Responding to client emails
  • Helping clients with any concerns over the communal areas of their developments (flats and estates of houses)
  • Liaising with insurance companies in regards insurance claims
  • Filing of paperwork
  • Speaking to local authorities
  • Arranging contractors to undertake works
  • Assisting with bookkeeping in relation to property management

All of the above will only be expected after in house training.

  • You must be confident with an excellent telephone and email customer service
  • Ability to listen and quick to learn
  • Flexible
  • Very organised or ability to learn how to be

Trainee Property Manager - What else do I need to know?

This will be office based, full time 9 - 5.30pm in central Dorking working in a very small and friendly team. Now and then an office dog makes an appearance so you would have to be ok with that!
