Cobalt is partnering with a prestigious property brand, looking for a standout Estate Manager for a bustling mixed-use estate. You'll be leading the on-site team in delivering a top-tier total FM service delivery across predominantly multi-let office properties that are home to a wide variety of commercial tenants.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the day to day operational management of the site;
  • Ensuring full compliance with UK H&S legislative requirements;
  • Managing the full PPM programme on-site, including CAPEX works where necessary;
  • Setting and managing service charge budgets;
  • Leading the management of the on-site team made up of direct reports as well as suppliers for soft and hard services;
  • Liaising with occupiers to deliver a
  • Ensuring ESG initiatives are implemented effectively;
  • Other ad hoc duties as necessary

Our client is looking for a switched-on leader, who brings a strong track record in total FM management across commercial property (or properties) An IOSH qualification is essential, with NEBOSH being viewed favourably. Equally importantly will be your ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders to bring together a forward-thinking customer service for your occupiers.
