Groundwork Junior Quantity Surveyor

My client is now looking to hire anAssistant Quantity Surveyorto support the Senior Quantity Surveyors within their Groundwork / Civil sector

The role will be working on both residential and commercial Groundwork projects across the South of the UK.

Salary - 30,000 - 50,000

Duties

Provide general assistance to Senior Quantity Surveyors

Assist with preparing plans, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation

On-site measurement and measurement of drawings as required

Assist with identifying potential risks and evaluate options for control

On-going cost analysis

Feasibility studies of clients requests

Assist with preparation of estimates

Assist with analysing sub-contractors quotations

Assist with preparation and agreeing variation accounts

Prepare and issue certification for contract payments to sub-contractors

Assist with providing evidence for resolution of disputes
