Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage budgets and contracts via asset management systems, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Supervise a team, providing leadership, mentoring, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of construction, building regulations, and contract management.
  • Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and budgets.
  • Proficiency in asset management systems and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant construction-related qualification (OND, HND, or degree).
  • Professional certification (e.g., RICS, CIOB, or RIBA preferred).
  • NEBOSH Construction Health & Safety and BOHS P405 in asbestos management.
