Description
- Balance sheet management and financial control
- Oversee financial operations and strategy within the Accounting & Finance department.
- Prepare and analyse financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to develop financial plans and budgets.
- Assist in the audit process by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure all financial operations are transparent and align with company goals.
- Communicate effectively with other departments and stakeholders.
Profile
The successful 'Financial Accountant' should have:
- Qualified or QBE
- Strong financial accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
