SAP Payroll Reporting Analyst

Salary: 35,000 - 50,000 + bonus + excellent benefits

Location: Crawley. Initially working in the office then moves to a hybrid role

You will join the payroll team of an energy infrastructure business as an SAP Payroll Reporting Analyst.

Based in Crawley, initially this will be on site and when the knowledge transfer is complete there will be an opportunity to work 3 days a week in the office / 2 days working from home.

This role will see you:

  • Running and developing reports from SAP to comply with statutory and auditing requirements
  • Driving system improvements and development.
  • Maintaining SAP tables
  • Ensuring new SAP configuration and system upgrades are tested thoroughly
  • Managing all payroll user acceptance testing
  • Managing the IT incidents queue
  • Delivering and advising on payroll issues
  • Managing the relationship between IT and the business

Your skills and experience:

  • Experience of SAP Reporting
  • Knowledge of Query Manager 4
  • Experience operating SAP Payroll procedures and best practice including PAYE, GAYE, SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP NI, Court Orders, Student Loans, CSA Orders and occupational sick and maternity pay.
  • Ideally will have worked in a large organisation, preferably within a Payroll Team.
