- Oversee the preparation of annual financial statements for various entities.
- Work closely with internal and external auditors to facilitate the audit process.
- Handle IFRS adjustments and contribute to the creation of Finance Board Reports.
- Assess VAT-related matters and provide support on tax issues for UK and Ireland entities.
- Drive improvements within the finance team while fostering collaboration with colleagues.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and monitor financial transactions.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting to support business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Support cash flow management and financial planning activities.
Profile
- Experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements and liaising with external auditors
- Good working knowledge of VAT
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficient in Excel and other financial tools
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
