Our client is a friendly, small but well-established business, seeking an Accounts / Administrative Assistant to undertake a range of duties. You will be responsible for:
- Sales order processing
- Pricing up orders and offering quotations to clients
- Credit control - ensuring credit checks are undertaken and outstanding money is kept low
- Purchasing and assisting with Purchase Ledger
- Compliance Administration
- General office administration
- Assisting external Accountants with bookkeeping / providing data for monthly reporting
The company uses Xero software, so prior experience of this would be highly beneficial. You will need some general accounts / bookkeeping knowledge.
