Reed Accountancy are partnered with a well-established organisation in the recruitment for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on an interim basis. The role is initially 3 months, however, can be extended or made permanent for the correct candidate.

Key responsibilities:

  • Process credit card and expense claims efficiently.
  • Handle the processing of specific vendor invoices.
  • Match invoices to Purchase Orders (PO’s) accurately.
  • Obtain approval for invoices using the web-based approval system.
  • Assist the Finance team with ad hoc tasks as required, contributing to the overall financial operations.
