- Assist the Financial Controller with day-to-day financial tasks, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service with a personable and professional approach.
- Set up and manage direct debits & perform accurate credit checks.
- Process sales invoices, manage & set up customer accounts, and ensure timely communication regarding financial matters.
- Help prepare financial reports and assist with month-end tasks.
- Previous experience in accounts or bookkeeping is essential.
- A bubbly and outgoing personality, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-focused mindset and the ability to build positive relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Confidence working with numbers and using accounting software (experience with packages like Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks is a plus).
- Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm
- Competitive Salary of £26,000 - £30,000pa DOE.
