Our client is a market leader in thepublishing industry, their one-stop-shop approach embraces the modern media world and offers everything their clients need.

They are seeking aCentral Operations Executive to join their dynamic team. This permanent role reports directly to the Group Operations Director. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and optimise operational processes and IT systems, ensuring maximum efficiency and delivering excellent service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Group Operations Director to support various software systems used by the client account management, customer service, and management teams.
  • Maintain client databases, schedules, and operational tasks through the iView system, ensuring accuracy for both subscription and retail clients.
  • Manage label and mailing information for subscription clients and coordinate with mailing houses, maintaining necessary documentation.
  • Handle day-to-day tasks, including API management, subscription website management, retail distribution, CRM processes, and more.
  • Support ongoing process and operational improvements across the group, driving greater efficiency.
