We're looking for an Admin Team Manager to take the reins and lead our client's Asset Optimisation team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape the success of a team focused on maximising the lifetime value of a diverse and dynamic asset portfolio.

Key Responsibilities for the Admin Team Manager:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate the Asset Optimisation team to meet KPIs and project deadlines, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Resource Management: Monitor team resources and suggest changes to maintain optimal staffing levels.
  • Data & Reporting: Create and present reports to senior stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process changes to enhance quality and maintain compliance.
  • Collaboration: Support technical teams to reduce administrative workload and improve focus on core tasks.
