Pertemps Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Billing Manager to join our well-established & award-winning Crawley Permanent Office. Managing a 360 perms desk you will be combining new business development, client relationship management, candidate sourcing, and interview process management - all the way through to successful placements. Alongside this, you will be working closely with the Branch Manager, with a clear pathway to stepping into Management within 6 - 12 months.

The Role:
  • Business Development - Generating new client leads and establishing strong relationships
  • Account Management - Nurturing existing client relationships and ensuring continued success
  • End-to-End Recruitment - Managing the full recruitment cycle from vacancy briefing to placement
  • Market Analysis - Staying ahead of industry trends and bringing innovative ideas to the table
  • Stepping into Management - Supporting the branch/team by leading KPIs, conducting one-to-ones, running weekly sales meetings, and driving overall growth
