A well-established aviation company is seeking a Business Support Executive to join their team. The Business Support Executive and Data Analysis responsibilities include gathering market data, creating clear reports, managing the opportunity pipeline, and supporting business managers in identifying and maximizing business opportunities. Aviation Group has grown to operate across five continents, providing sales and operational services to client.

The Business Support Executive will:

  • Gather and analyse market data to pinpoint trends and identify business or commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborate with management to develop business plans and manage the business opportunity pipeline from start to finish.
  • Prepare and refine tender documents, GSA (General Sales Agent), and other business-related contracts and agreements.
  • Transform data into easy-to-understand formats, such as charts, graphs, and reports.
  • Communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders to clarify data content and ensure business requirements are met.
  • Create impactful presentations for both internal and external audiences.

Required Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience in freight forwarding or the cargo airline industry is a plus.
  • IT & other skills
  • Excellent PowerPoint & excel skills
  • An aptitude for learning other analytical tools
  • Excellent writing skills, particularly in reports and presentations
