Customer Liaison Officer - Social Housing

Sussex - Kent

Up to £27,500 + Car Allowance

TS Recruitment are working with a Property Services Contractor who are actively recruiting a Customer Liaison Officer / Planner / Scheduler who has experience meeting customers face to face. Will also consider Candidates outside of the Social Housing sector providing you have previous Customer Services experience and are happy to visit tenants in their homes.

This role will involve community to tenants houses.

  • Preparing correspondence to cover issues such as access, delay in works, changing/adding works and resolving issues
  • Dealing with residents' complaints and issues, either via email, phone, or visits to their home
  • Collecting KPIs upon work completion, and logging the results
  • Arranging appointments for workers and subcontractors where necessary
  • Building good relationships with the residents

Essential Skills/Knowledge

  • Driving license is essential
  • Strong face-to-face customer service experience
  • Good communicator, both oral and written
  • Flexible to accommodate the needs of the residents
  • Excellent time keeping and organisational skills
  • Basic IT knowledge
