Sous Chef Temp Work.
We are recruting a sous chef for a busy banqueting kitchen to start in mid September for a large hotel in Crawley.
You will need to have hotel experience and too have worked in the banqueting/events kitchen. The Head Chef is looking for a strong sous chef with a view to glo full time as well.
To work for Berkeley Scott we require from you:
* Required Sous/Junior Sous Chef experience
* Valid Right to work in UK
* Level 2 food safety certificate & Food Allergy
* 2x Employer references
* Full UK Driving Licence & Car vehicle ( Not Mandatory )
Variety of hours, and be flexible.
You would need to be willing to travel/commute up to 1 hour.
Full chefs uniform, knives and safety shoes as well.
