Chef de Partie requirements:
- Prepare and serve dishes across various menus, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Lead the service of allocated sections under the supervision of senior chefs.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct weekly compliance checks, and assist with deep cleans.
