We are recruiting a Hotel Sous Chef. We are offering a passionate and enthusiastic Sous Chef an incredible opportunity to work in our four star Gatwick Airport venue and to lead from the front, whilst upholding impeccable standards.Reporting to the F&B Head Chef, the Sous Chef is responsible for executing all food contracts and ensuring a high level of quality product and service to our guests.
Role
- To maintain our high standards at all times
- Ensuring kitchen areas meet all required health and safety requirements
- Ensure that all guests have a truly memorable and unforgettable food experience
- Manage the kitchen team to execute all aspects of looking after our guests
