Overall responsibilities: 

As a Senior Internal Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing enterprise accounts. You will be responsible for delivering hardware and software solutions, enhancing customer-specific deals, and maximising incentives. Your ability to collaborate with vendors and distributors for cost-effective IT solutions will be key to your success. You will also liaise with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide deal support to dedicated account teams, managing deal registration, quote creation, order/PO processing, and delivery of IT solutions to large customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular scheduled and ad-hoc customer-facing calls.
  • Produce reports on key metrics and provide insights to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Play a key role in winning RFPs for both hardware and software solutions, ranging in value 
  • Collaborate with major global IT distributors such as but not limited to Micro, Dell, HP, Cisco, Arista, Checkpoint, F5, Fortinet) to understand products, negotiate competitive pricing, and apply customer-specific commercials.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling ad-hoc tasks including small sales, technical advice, lead-time, backorder and delivery updates, escalations, and invoice queries.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in managing high-value transactions for enterprise accounts
  • Proven track record in delivering hardware and software solutions and enhancing customer-specific deals.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with vendors and distributors for cost-effective IT solutions.
  • Skilled in multitasking and navigating complex sales processes.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to drive customer success and operational efficiency.
  • Strong background in telecoms
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to produce insightful reports and use data to drive productivity and efficiency.
