- Lead and develop the team to become more efficient in qualifying and managing leads.
- Recruit and train Internal Consultants.
- Analyse the existing processes and procedures and provide guidance to the internal team to increase business.
- Identify marketing trends and opportunities, and report these to the marketing department to develop new strategies.
- Improve relationships with current partners and identify new partners and channels.
- Experience in technical sales management selling into the construction, building merchant, home building or similar industries.
- Experience in developing sales teams in dealing with leads effectively.
- Strong sales and customer service skills are required.
- Confident phone manners and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage workloads efficiently.
- Proficiency in sales and CRM software including all Microsoft programmes.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
