Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join one of our key client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and services, enhance their brand presence, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
Campaign Management: Plan, manage, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging content for marketing materials, website, social media, and other platforms.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals.
