Day to Day of the role:

  • Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies that align with client goals and drive business growth.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to discuss their account status, potential challenges, and opportunities for additional services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client requirements are met with high-quality solutions.
  • Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to both the client and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance client success and increase revenue.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and client advisement.

  • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
