Location: Crawley, West Sussex
Salary: circa 25,000 per annum

- Efficiently handle customer requests via phone and online platforms.
- Ensure the electronic booking system is consistently up-to-date and correct.
- Process customer orders and respond to inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional, courteous manner.
