  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team to drive commercial success.

  • Negotiate and administer NEC3/4 contracts, mitigating risks and maximising value.

  • Proven management expertise, with experience in estimating or project management focused on securing work.
  • Excellent financial acumen, with the ability to challenge and validate numbers.
  • Experience working with NEC3/4 contracts.
