About the Role:We are looking for an experienced CommercialSales Manager to oversee and grow UK pharmaceutical market. In this role, you will manage existing client relationships, drive new business development, and work closely with manufacturers, CMOs, and CDMOs to expand our presence. Please note that you need to have experience working in a medical field.
Commercial Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key accounts to meet annual sales targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the pharma / science sector
- Lead projects from initial discussions to commercialisation, aligning supplier capabilities with customer needs
- Build strong relationships through regular client visits and industry engagement
The ideal Commercial Sales Manager will have / be:
- Proven experience in sales management within a pharmaceutical distribution environment (mandatory)
- Must have a degree in chemistry / biology/ pharmaceuticals
- Good technical understanding of industry manufacturing processes, formulation compositions and dosage form design
- Strong business acumen ad B2B experience to develop and grow new business including onboarding of new suppliers and expansion of product portfolio.
