Core responsibilities will typically include:

  • Raising pre-contract proposals to Interior Designers and converting them to full hardware schedules.
  • Owning and maintaining a pipeline of projects, ensuing details are accurate and realistic.
  • Follow up of projects, keeping in touch with the key stakeholders, at each stage of the pipeline until a PO is placed.
  • Working with internal teams (design, customer service and technical) to ensure that the hardware schedule is accurate and informative for the client throughout the whole sales process
  • Site visits to finalise the hardware schedule and advise clients on technical issues and help them make decisions.
  • Keeping up with daily correspondence; admin and high volume of emails.
  • Preparing small quotes for extras / revisions to existing hardware schedules.
  • Building lasting relationships with customers within the construction industry, from Interior designers and Architects through to Contractors.

Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Relevant experience / knowledge of the high-end residential construction sector.
  • Experience gained in a luxury product-based business.
  • Proven success in a customer facing role working for a luxury brand.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings.
  • Commercially focussed.
  • Motivated by customer satisfaction.
  • A natural communicator who enjoys delivering outstanding customer experience.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Technical and practical mindset.
  • Competent on MS Office Suite, ability to learn new software (ERP / CRM).
