- Raising pre-contract proposals to Interior Designers and converting them to full product schedules.
- Owning and maintaining a pipeline of projects.
- Site visits to finalise detail.
- Daily admin / high volume of emails.
- Preparing small quotes for extras / revisions.
- Follow up of projects, keeping in touch with the key stakeholders, at each stage of the pipeline until a PO is placed.
- Building lasting relationships with customers within the construction industry, from Interior designers and Architects through to Contractors.
- Relevant experience / knowledge of the high-end residential construction sector.
- Experience gained in a luxury product-based business.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Motivated by customer satisfaction and closing the sale.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Competent on MS Office Suite, ability to learn new software (ERP / CRM).
