NICEIC Electrical Manager

Our client, a reputable electrical contractor is looking to recruit a NICEIC Electrical Manager due to continued success and growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career within a progressive and successful business.

Negotiable package 50k-60k plus package. Full time position mix of office based in Crawley & London sites

Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical testing and inspection activities in accordance with NICEIC standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, managing a team of electricians and testers, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism in all testing and inspection work.

Ensure all testing and inspection work complies with NICEIC regulations, BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations), and other relevant standards.
Keep up to date with changes in legislation and industry standards, ensuring all team members are informed and compliant.
Conduct internal audits and inspections to maintain NICEIC accreditation

Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of testing and inspection are met.
Review and verify test results and certification documents before submission to clients or NICEIC.
Address any issues identified during testing, ensuring timely resolution.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role

Excellent organisational skills

Good IT skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
