We are working with a long-established, family-run business within the built environment sector that’s looking to appoint a Learning and Development Lead as part of their growing HR team.

In this newly created role, you’ll take the lead on designing and delivering engaging training and development programmes, rolling out e-learning initiatives, and working closely with teams to align learning strategies with operational goals. Alongside this, you'll support end-to-end recruitment, bringing in top talent and contributing to broader HR initiatives.
Ideal for someone with solid L&D experience, strong HR generalist knowledge, and a passion for people and culture.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be confident managing projects from end to end, be proactive in identifying areas for improvement, and comfortable collaborating across all levels of the organisation. A background in Learning & Development, backed by solid HR generalist knowledge, is essential — as is a passion for driving meaningful change and championing employee development. You will need; skills in managing training, engagement, and recruitment and be organised, proactive, and people-focused.
