- Delivering training content to both new and experienced team members.
- Training best practice across team operational work.
- Face-to-face training with teams across a number of sites and locations (100 miles to furthest office location).
- Working with the national training team to improve training content and materials.
- A good working appreciation of children's care and social support environments.
- Prior experience working within a similar environment e.g. children’s care services, education, teaching, social services, fostering, foster care or children’s therapy.
- Flexibility to commit to weekly travel and occasional overnight stays away.
- Confident and clear communication skills.
- A genuine interest in developing a career as a Trainer.
