Grafton Banks Finance are delighted to be partnering with a rapidly expanding organisation in the Crawley area to recruit a Credit Controller on an initial 4-6 month initial contract. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the finance team during a busy period, with a particular focus on reducing aged debt.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Chasing outstanding payments and building strong relationships with customers via email and phone
  • Allocating incoming payments accurately
  • Producing customer statements and receipts
  • Monitoring and updating payment plans as necessary
  • Running weekly Debtors Reports, ensuring all information is current and detailed
  • Assisting with the credit control process across all entities, escalating issues when required
  • Reconciling refundable deposits

  • Available to start immediately or within the next few weeks
  • Recent and relevant experience in credit control
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
