- Proactively manage and process subscription enquiries from customers.
- Handle all inbound calls and address customer queries efficiently.
- Provide pricing and delivery information for various subscriptions.
- Liaise with customers regarding any subscription offers or campaigns.
- Set up new customer accounts and manage standing order payments.
- Perform customer verifications for existing subscribers.
- Maintain customer records in compliance with confidentiality and GDPR regulations.
- Strong customer service experience with a confidence in building and maintaining relationships.
- Previous administration experience is desirable.
- Proactive and able to work independently as week as part of a team.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and data management software.
- Competitive salary up to £23,000 per annum.
- Standard working hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
