  • Proactively manage and process subscription enquiries from customers.
  • Handle all inbound calls and address customer queries efficiently.
  • Provide pricing and delivery information for various subscriptions.
  • Liaise with customers regarding any subscription offers or campaigns.
  • Set up new customer accounts and manage standing order payments.
  • Perform customer verifications for existing subscribers.
  • Maintain customer records in compliance with confidentiality and GDPR regulations.
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service experience with a confidence in building and maintaining relationships.
  • Previous administration experience is desirable.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as week as part of a team.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and data management software.
