A fast-growing aviation company, known for delivering customized flight solutions, is seeking to expand its team. Flight Service Executive role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic flight services department. The Flight Services Executive will play an essential part in ensuring seamless flight operations. Working closely with the Head of Charter Logistics, brokers, and the operations team, the Executive will manage all logistical aspects from contract finalization to flight execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing passenger logistics and airport procedures.
  • Preparing flight briefs for internal teams, clients, and airlines.
  • Ensuring the production of accurate flight documentation.
  • Customizing onboard services and managing additional enhancements based on client preferences.
  • Attending flights to oversee smooth departures and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Accurately processing and converting passenger lists to airline formats.
  • Managing changes to passenger manifests during working hours and being available after hours if required.
  • Providing proactive support across departments and assisting colleagues when necessary.
  • Traveling domestically and internationally to support flight operations and meet with clients or suppliers.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • High level of organization, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A proactive and collaborative attitude, with a willingness to support the team.
  • Positive, well-presented, and able to establish strong client and supplier relationships.
  • A valid passport for domestic and international travel.
