My client are looking for a talented IT Support specialist who excels at customer service and has strong, well-rounded technical skills. Â
As IS Client Support Specialist you will be required to complete the following tasks.
- Provide Client support with excellent customer service to employees across all European offices
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and bring to resolution both software and hardware client support requests
- Incident monitoring of tickets through the ticketing system
- Assisting in local Projects
- Create and maintain the company PC image
- Prepare PC’s and iPhones for new starters and follow the company refresh program
- PC and iPhone management including procurement, support and updates
- Windows OS and Office updates and upgrades
- Software vulnerability management to secure company devices using Defender365
- Complete software deployments through automatic systems of approved tools
- Device backup review and resolving issues through Redstor PRO
- Anti-malware protection review, diagnostics and resolution
- Under instruction where needed maintain, install, replace, server and network equipment in server rooms
