- Set up and amend customer accounts on company database
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the best products
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Liaise with the accounts department to ensure all billing issues are resolved.
- Process customer orders via phone, email, and online platforms
- Maintain effective communication links between customers and overseas production teams
- Previous experience in customer service & administration (junior candidates will also be considered)
- IT competency, particularly with databases
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Full training provided
