Our client, a global leader in manufacturing and providing top-quality products within their field, is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Crawley. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly reputable company and play a key role in ensuring seamless customer service.The Package:
  • Competitive salary up to £25,000 DOE
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, & 1 in 4 Saturdays (paid overtime)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and amend customer accounts on company database
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend the best products
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Liaise with the accounts department to ensure all billing issues are resolved.
  • Process customer orders via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Maintain effective communication links between customers and overseas production teams
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Previous experience in customer service & administration (junior candidates will also be considered)
  • IT competency, particularly with databases
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Full training provided
