Are you looking to join a fast-moving and award-winning company? We are currently supporting recruitment for a Customer Service Advisor to support a small team in Crawley. This role offers the opportunity to influence the setup of processes and systems and be part of a growing business area.

Day-to-day tasks of the role:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for enquiry calls from prospects looking to rent, delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Handle all incoming telephone, email, and website letting enquiries; respond promptly, provide relevant information, and pre-qualify leads.
  • Schedule apartment viewings with on-site teams and manage the CRM system to log all interactions.
  • Assist on-site teams in converting viewings into lets and manage negotiations.
  • Update property portals such as Rightmove to ensure accurate and current listings.
  • Conduct Right to Rent checks, submit references, register Tenancy Deposits, and complete Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreements.
  • Oversee renewal enquiries, process agreements, and update systems accordingly.
  • Conduct competitor analysis through mystery shopping to understand market positioning.
  • Coordinate resident move-ins and liaise with stakeholders to minimise void periods.
  • Manage rent charges and additional rentable items in the system following renewals, move-ins, or rent increases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in property management, residential sectors (PRS, BTR, PBSA), hospitality, or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Friendly, highly organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Natural problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working closely with various teams.
