We're seeking a dynamic & dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our clients' industry-leading team in Crawley.

About the Role:
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound calls and emails from customers and sales representatives
- Processing orders and payments efficiently
- Tracking orders and providing updates to customers
- Offering product advice and support
- Addressing customer finance inquiries
- Setting up accounts in our ERP system
- Coordinating special deliveries or pickups
- Adhering to compliance standards and regulations
What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven customer service experience
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, such as SAP
- Strong numerical and financial acumen
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to help others
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
- A customer-focused approach and a pragmatic problem-solving style
