Core responsibilities will typically include:

  • Managing incoming calls and email enquiries in a centralised mailbox.
  • Logging all customer information on the CRM and responding within agreed timescales. 
  • Building strong relationships with UK customers and global partners.
  • Process incoming sales orders.
  • Liaising with customers, internal operations team, suppliers and couriers over delivery times. 
  • Responding to customer queries & complaints.
  • Processing returns and exchanges. 
  • Reporting.

Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Experience of customer service / experience, order processing or administration.
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of incoming customer emails.
  • Natural communicator, happy to answer incoming company calls.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional Customer experience.
  • Competent on MS Office Suite.

Nice to have:

  • Worked with a CRM, order management system or ticketing system.
  • Previous experience gained working in a product-based business.
