Teaching Assistant - Crawley
Academics is looking for a motivated and supportive Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Crawley. This role is a great opportunity to support students in their learning and personal growth while gaining valuable experience in education.
Key Responsibilities-
Provide 1:1 and small group support to students in the classroom.

Assist teachers in delivering lessons and preparing learning materials.

Support students' academic progress, social skills, and confidence.

Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning activities.

Work closely with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure student success.

Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential).

A patient, adaptable, and encouraging approach.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Full UK driving licence (school is not easily accessible by public transport).

Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
