Role Overview:As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and therapists to provide tailored support to students with additional learning needs. Your role will be essential in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment where every student can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:-
Support students with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and complex learning difficulties, in their academic and personal development.

Assist in delivering tailored lessons and adapting activities to meet individual needs.

Provide one-on-one and small-group support to help students build confidence and independence.

Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure students receive well-rounded support.

Encourage positive behaviour and use de-escalation strategies when needed.

Previous experience working with children with SEN in a school or similar setting is desirable.
