- Sourcing and qualifying candidates for roles across Infrastructure, Rail, and Engineering.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent and contract roles.
- Working closely with Account Managers and clients to fully understand role requirements.
- Providing a seamless and professional candidate experience from start to finish.
- Utilising a wide range of sourcing methods – LinkedIn Recruiter, database, headhunting, referrals.
- Collaborating with a supportive team who genuinely care about doing recruitment the right way.
- Previous experience in a delivery, resourcing, or candidate management role.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, organised approach.
- An interest in technical recruitment – Rail, Infrastructure, or Engineering experience is a bonus.
- A real passion for building relationships and providing excellent service.
- Up to £40,000 basic salary DOE + Commission.
