The company are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Project Co-coordinator to support the in-house Engineering team. The role is ideal for someone with experience working with software delivery teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery across the software development life cycle.

Key Responsibilities::

  • Develop and maintain accurate delivery schedules.
  • Facilitate refinement meetings to capture business requirements and technical estimates.
  • Understand business expectations and integrate them into the delivery plan.
  • Work with Engineering team stakeholders to create and maintain a robust delivery road map.
  • Work closely with all members of the delivery life cycle to track technical progress and support teams.
  • Assist the Development Manager in resolving blockers or challenges as they arise.
  • Proactively identify resource constraints and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date records to ensure business quality standards are met for all production releases.
  • Coordinate feedback sessions and implement improvements based on quality reviews.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely updates.
  • Prepare and deliver status reports, technical summaries, and completion updates
  • Address concerns and escalate issues as needed.
  • Identify potential delivery risks and technical challenges early on.
  • Track and resolve issues promptly, coordinating with relevant teams to minimise impact.
  • Monitor project health and escalate significant risks or delays.

Qualifications and Experience - Essential:

  • Experience working within a technical team (preferably in a software team).
  • Proven experience in delivery management.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with an analytical mindset.
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience - Desirable:

  • Project Management certification (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Prince2).
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
