This role is crucial for ensuring that their company adheres to legal standards and maintains high levels of corporate governance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing their administrative and reporting responsibilities and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Preparation and filing of Confirmation Statements.
- Appointing and resigning Directors or Persons with Significant Control (PSCs).
- Processing changes of registered office addresses.
- Managing the incorporation, closure, and restructuring processes for companies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Company Secretary or similar administrative role.
- Strong understanding of corporate law and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work.
- Proficiency in managing corporate governance and compliance issues.
