Role Overview:

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support in a fast-paced setting. Your role will be pivotal in managing complex diaries, coordinating travel arrangements, and organising meetings to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organise the CEO diary, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Coordinate and arrange global travel itineraries, adapting to changes and sourcing the best options.
  • Organise and prepare for meetings, including agenda setting, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
  • Act as a gatekeeper, managing communications and prioritising tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Provide administrative support, including document preparation and correspondence management.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as required.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting at Board level. 
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong diary management and travel coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented.
